Non-Automatic Networks

Non-automatic Networks measure less frequently compared to automatic networks - either daily, weekly or monthly - and samples are collected by some physical means (such as diffusion tube or filter). These samples are then subjected to chemical analysis, and final pollutant concentrations calculated from these results.

You can search for monitoring sites in non-automatic networks using the search tool.

Information about the non-automatic monitoring networks in the UK are shown in the navigation on the left.

Each network information page provides information about each network, the pollutants measured, links to view data (where available) as well as any related other links.

Some non-automatic networks are shown on the interactive networks map.
