The Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in Paints report provides the results for 2020 of the monitoring programme referred to in Section 7 of the Volatile Organic Compounds in Paints, Varnishes and Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2012. This report outlines the UK’s approach to enforcing the Regulation and provides enforcement data for 2020. The UK national monitoring programme plan provided was produced in 2010 and has not been updated.
